Before joining Co-Develop, Aaditya was a Senior Funding & Finance Associate at Good Business Lab, where he played a key role in managing GBL's extensive grants portfolio. His experience includes handling complex funding structures, compliance management, and financial oversight to support mission-driven initiatives.
