The case studies have been compiled in a book as a curtain raiser and intend to celebrate countries that have adopted a DPI approach to digital transformation.

One finding remains central:
DPI is not a fringe idea.

It is a widespread and enduring concept that is empowering millions across the globe, especially the underserved.

The videos cover the broader journey and its impact.

They also highlight lessons learnt along the way, which will be useful for countries early in their DPI journey.  

It is useful to outline the context for the methodology and selection of case studies
