Christine Kim 
Director, Technology Adoption

Christine focuses on developing and operationalizing Co-Develop’s investment strategy by identifying the most promising DPI technology adoption investments that can advance equitable economic growth.

Christine is a technology and international development professional with a decade of experience in strategy, program management, and stakeholder engagement to leverage technology for the public interest. She comes with practical field understanding of digital public infrastructure implementations, most recently having worked at Simprints, the world’s only nonprofit biometric ID company, where she facilitated multi-million dollar partnerships with Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, Arm Ltd., the UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, and more. 

Christine has an MPhil in Development Studies (Economics focus) from the University of Cambridge and a BA Hons. in International Studies (Economics concentration) from Boston College. 

Outside of working hours, Christine enjoys reading fantasy novels, hiking the hills near her home, and watching film classics (her annual traditions include Parent Trap, Die Hard, and the Lord of the Rings trilogy).
