Associate - Investments

Sourav is an Associate on the Investments team at Co-Develop. Before joining Co-Develop, he was a Senior Associate at IDinsight, where he gained extensive experience generating data in key policy areas with governments and not-for-profits, and collaborating with them to encourage the use of evidence in decision-making. He is particularly interested in the intersection between technology, governance, and livelihoods. Sourav has also completed the prestigious LAMP fellowship, supporting a Member of Parliament in India on legislative issues and stakeholder management.

Sourav received an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and a Master's in Public Policy from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

In his free time, Sourav enjoys reading, dancing, playing football, and cooking new recipes. He also enjoys walking around cities and doing street photography.
